Middle Valley Baptist Church 7901 Middle Valley Road Hixson, TN 37343 Phone 423-842-1911     Middle Valley Baptist Church is located on the corner of Middle Valley Road and Crabtree Road.   From Highway 27, take the Thrasher Pike exit and turn toward the east across the railroad tracks.  Travel approximately three miles and turn left onto Middle Valley Road.  The church is one-half mile on the left side on Middle Valley Road. From Hixson Pike, turn left on Thrasher Pike.  Travel approximately two miles and turn right onto Middle Valley Road.  The church is one-half mile on the left side on Middle Valley Road.
